Pomeroy Men’s Golf Comes in Second at Wabash Fall Classic

CRAWFORDSVILLE, Ind. (Men's Golf) --  The Saint Mary-of-the-Woods College men's golf team concluded play in the Wabash Fall Classic at the Crawfordsville Country Club on Sunday. The team was able to maintain their stellar play and claim second place with a two day total of 631.

Colton Kuppler continued his amazing play this season by coming in fourth place, overall, with a score of 76 on the second day for a two day score of 152. Not to be outdone, Nathan Higbie came in eighth place with a score of 77 on the second day for a two day score of 157.

Benjamin Myers finished the tournament with a score of 160. Samuel Grimes and Braxton McIntyre finished with a score of 162. Jaret Morlan ended the match with a score of 166 and Justin Wilson finished with 170. Rounding out the team, Blake Bennett ended the tournament with a total score of 171.

The Pomeroys will hit the green from Oct. 9-10 at the United States National Golf Tournament in State College, Pa.
