Pomeroy Softball Signs Brooke Coffing to 2018-19 Class

 

COVINGTON, Ind. (Softball) -- Saint Mary-of-the-Woods College head softball coach Mark Feller is proud to announce the signing of Brooke Coffing to the 2018-19 class.

"Brooke is a versatile player who can pitch and play multiple positions on the field. We are very excited to add her to our outstanding 2018 recruiting class," commented Feller.

Coffing is a Covington, Ind. native and will graduate from Covington High School in the spring. As a Trojan, Brooke played volleyball and softball. She has been All-Conference for two years, Bi-County for three years, and is a member of the Lettermen's Club. Off the diamond, Brooke is a staple on the honor roll and has earned Academic All-Conference honors.

"College softball has always been a dream of mine and I'm so excited to play at Saint Mary-of-the-Woods," exclaimed Coffing. "I am so thankful for this opportunity and everything my parents have done in order for me to get to this point."

Brooke will be an elementary education major when she attends The Woods. She is the daughter of Joe and Susan Coffing and has one sibling, Brittany.
