SAINT MARY OF THE WOODS, Ind. – Saint Mary-of-the-Woods College head women's basketball coach Deanna Bradley is proud to announce the signing of Delaney Kendall to the 2017-18 signing class.
"Delaney is an all-around athlete. She can score at will, handles the ball very well, has great anticipation and has quick hands on defense," stated Bradley. "She comes from a very successful program and knows how to win, and we are very excited to have her as a Pomeroy next year."
Kendall, who will graduate from Plainfield High School, is a two-time athlete of the month for Plainfield High School and winner of the team's best attitude award. She has also earned PHS's Character and Citizenship Award.
"Signing made me feel like all of my dreams have finally come true," stated Kendall. "SMWC is the perfect place for me, and I couldn't be any happier with my decision."
Kendall plans to major in criminology and minor in psychology. She is the daughter of Josh and Kelly Kendall.
