#PomeroyWBB Lands 3 on USCAA All-Academic List

SAINT MARY OF THE WOODS, Ind. – The United States Collegiate Athletic Association announced its 2016-17 USCAA Women's Basketball Division I All-Academic honorees on Tuesday evening. The Pomeroys landed senior Na-Shaunda Rayford, junior Jordyn Lloyd and freshman Mara Canada on the list.

To be named to the all-academic list, a student-athlete must have a 3.5 or higher GPA and have completed at least 24 credit hours. It is the first academic honor for Rayford, who is a Criminology and Psychology major. It is the second year in a row that Lloyd, an art major, has been named USCAA All-Academic. SMWC's third and final USCAA All-Academic honoree is Canada, who is currently an undeclared major.
