SAINT MARY OF THE WOODS, Ind. – The Saint Mary-of-the-Woods College women's soccer team is excited to announce the addition of Maddie Stuck to the 2017-18 signing class.
Stuck, who will graduate from Terre Haute North High School, is head coach Mike Aycock's first commitment for the 2017-18 class.
"I have enjoyed my four years of high school soccer, but I am extremely excited to move up to the next level with my teammates," stated Stuck, when asked about signing with the Pomeroys. "Playing in college has always been a key goal of mine and my last club coach, Kerstin Williams, helped me realize it was obtainable."
Stuck is no stranger to success, as her teams earned four sectional championship titles in her time at THN. She was also a member of two conference championship teams, two Hoosier Cup championship teams, two Pike Invitational championship teams, and one regional championship team.
The four year letter winner also played for USAi for five years. Stuck earned three academic letters at THN and is a standout in the spanish classroom – earning the THN Spanish Excellence Award three times.
Stuck plans to major in psychology and minor in spanish. She is the daughter of Brian and Josie Stuck.
